Our SightRight Player Skills Grading Programme (currently under development) is be the world's first skills and grading programme where our Coaches will assess and grade their students using SightRight's unique Player Skills Grading System. SightRight Level 1 Coach

Coaches at Level 1 will be trained, accredited and licensed to coach SightRight Methods.

This is an in depth ‘full theory and practical’ course covering SightRight’s 10 Coaching Steps:

  • The game-changing patented SightRight ‘Sighting & Alignment’ Tests and Diagnosis.
  • How to coach with the patented SightRight ‘Sighting and Alignment’ Coaching Aids and Pocket SightRight.
  • Plus all aspects of the:
    • SightRight Coaching Methods.
    • 10 SightRight Coaching Steps.
    • Key Technical Areas (KTAs) within each of the ‘10 Steps’.
    • SightRight Control Zone Routines.
    • SightRight Practice Drills for visual and technical accuracy.

  • How to deliver structured SightRight Coaching Sessions.
  • How to conduct a full Player Assessment and maintain Player Development Records.
  • SightRight Player Skills Grading Programme (Under Development)

SightRight Master Coach

The SightRight ‘Master Coach’ course is by invitation only and assessed and certified on a further 2 Day Course.

  • A SightRight Master Coach will have practiced at Level 1 for a period of at least 12 months and be able to evidence the following:
    • Full commitment to the SightRight Coach Programme.
    • Evidence of delivery of exemplary SightRight coaching skills.
    • Proven high performance and results

  • Successful Master Coaches will be considered for Regional or National SightRight Coaching roles as these positions develop.
  • Master Coaches may be invited to assist the SightRight Coaching Team in Level 1 Accreditation Courses and Master Classes.

SightRight Coaches will be invited to attend a range of optional development Face to Face or Online Masterclasses.

These will range from course refreshers to advanced technical and high-performance coaching seminars.

Masterclasses will assist, enhance, and further develop all SightRight Coaches to help make them the first choice for coaching in their area/region.

Who & Where
Can you coach SightRight?

SightRight Level 1 Coaches are authorised to coach Amateur Players, on a one to one basis or in Group Clinics, at the Coaches’ nominated Club(s).

If you are a resident Club or Academy Coach, our SightRight Club/Academy Accreditation Programme can be extremely beneficial to both Club/Academy and Coach alike. Click here to view.

State of the art facilities enables us to deliver a choice of ‘face to face’ and ‘online’ Coach Courses to applicants from the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Our ‘online’ Course enables us to ‘reach’ Clubs, Academies and Coaches anywhere in the world, overcoming travel costs and any Covid restrictions.

The mission between the BFSI & SightRight will be to bring a World Championship title back to India where the game was invented.

40+ World Snooker Professionals have been coached in SightRight Methods and Stephen’s coaching has resulted in 3 World Titles and in excess of 40+ Tournament titles.

His work with Ronnie O’Sullivan over the last few seasons has led to a record-breaking 7th UK Championship, surpassing Stephen Hendry’s 36 Ranking Title Record, 1000 Centuries, a return to the World No.1 spot & 2 World Titles (2020, 2022), resulting in him equalling Stephen Hendry’s record. 

Stephen is the main reason for the 7x World Champion Stephen Hendry’s return to the main World Snooker Tour and he has worked with / currently working with some of the best players of all time.

Ronnie’s search for his record breaking 8th Title continues with the help of Stephen.
